There isn’t a fixed restock schedule. New items can appear at any time depending on availability, community events, or during Roshtein’s streams, so checking the Store regularly is the best way to catch fresh drops before they’re gone.

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO CLAIM A CRYPTO PRIZE IF I DON'T HAVE A STAKE ACCOUNT/ STAKE IS RESTRICTED IN MY COUNTRY?

Right now we only can grant crypto prizes to Stake accounts. It's a security decision to make sure no one cheats with multiple accounts.

You simply go to the Store, check the available items, and claim the one you have enough points to purchase. However, be aware that your purchase needs to be approved by the moderators. Once that happens, you will be notified.

For crypto prizes it will be up to 2 weeks, but it depends what item you claimed and where you are located. Sending merch means using 3rd party services and their terms will also apply to the shipping procedure. Please read T&C carefully so you can be aware of how the entire process works.
