A cluster with no Prizes has nothing to multiply and walks away with nothing, and anything smaller than five symbols is not worth the paperwork.

Prize symbols only show up in the bonus and Special modes, each one carrying a cash value, each one sticky, and each one visually upgrading as its value climbs. That climb comes from the Boss Don Shark, who is also sticky, also carries a multiplier, and after every respin adds that multiplier to the value of every Prize connected to him, directly or through a chain of other symbols. The Super upgrades the trigger by converting three symbols to Shark Wilds and one to a Boss Don Shark, which means interest starts accruing from the very first respin. The Epic goes further with three wilds and two Boss Don Sharks working the room from respin one, plus the richest Prize values in the game.

This casino game had me feeling like I owe somebody something, and I was sweating on every single respin. Compound Interest is the mechanic that makes it, because there is nothing else quite like watching your Prizes fatten up while the boss circles the board, knowing that every extra respin is another payment added to the pile. The moment a new symbol lands and that counter snaps back to 3, my heart rate goes with it.

For me the Epic is where the real money is buried, with two Boss Don Sharks charging interest from the opening respin and the fattest Prize values on offer, and if you get a couple of 10x Shark Wilds stacked into the same cluster the maths turns absolutely brutal in the best way. With 25,000x sitting at the top of the ledger, this is one debt I am very happy to keep rolling over. Time to go make some payments.
