ABOUT
Hacksaw Gaming's latest release drops players straight into the chaos of match day, a 6-reel cluster pays slot built around scarves, drums, and terrace energy.
Smokey the racoon leads the charge, decked out in a flat cap and scarf, while the reels play out against a backdrop of stadium noise. Mechanically, the game runs on a chain reaction: cluster wins create Marked Squares, Rainbows activate those squares into Coins, Four-Leaf Clovers multiply the Coins, and Buckets of Gold sweep everything into a single payout. Three free spin modes turn that loop up progressively, with medium volatility, a 96.34% RTP, a 10,000x max win, and a buy menu offering four ways in. It is the rowdiest entry in the Le Series so far, and arguably the most mechanically generous.

Betting Options and Bonus Features
The Le Hooligan engine runs on a layered reveal system that turns a single spin into a sequence of compounding events. Cluster wins of 5 or more matching symbols pay out, then trigger a Super Cascade that removes every instance of the winning symbol from the grid. Behind every winning symbol, a Marked Square is highlighted, quietly waiting for the right moment.
When a Rainbow lands, every Marked Square on the grid activates simultaneously, revealing one of the following:
- Bronze Coins — 0.2x, 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x
- Silver Coins — 5x, 10x, 15x, or 20x
- Gold Coins — 25x, 50x, 100x, 250x, or 500x
- Four-Leaf Clovers — Multiply adjacent Coins and Buckets of Gold by x2, x3, x4, x5, or x10
- Buckets of Gold — Collect the total of all Coins and other Buckets on the grid
The order matters: Clovers resolve first, multiplying everything they touch, then Buckets activate top-to-bottom, left-to-right, hoovering up the values around them. Once the last Bucket has fired, any remaining Marked Squares activate again to reveal new symbols, and the whole loop repeats until no new Buckets appear. Every Coin and Bucket value is summed and multiplied by the bet for the final payout.
Three free spin modes scale the action:
Luck of the Fan (3 FS scatters) — 8 free spins where Marked Squares persist between spins until a Rainbow activates them. 4 FS scatters during the round upgrade the bonus to All That Glitters Is Gold and add 4 spins.
All That Glitters Is Gold (4 FS scatters) — 12 free spins with Marked Squares staying highlighted throughout the entire round, even after being activated.
Treasure at the End of the Rainbow (5 FS scatters) — 12 free spins with all Marked Squares persisting and a Rainbow guaranteed to land every spin. Bronze Coins are removed from the pool entirely, so every reveal lands Silver or Gold.

Bonus Buy Options
If you would rather not wait for the scatters to fall into place, the buy menu gives you 4 ways to take matters into your own hands:
Feature | Effect | Cost |
BonusHunt FeatureSpins | Each spin is 5x more likely to trigger a bonus | 3x the stake |

Roshtein’s Take
Le Hooligan is exactly the kind of slot that gets me locked in. The Marked Squares mechanic means every cluster win is also setting up the next one, you are never just hoping for a win, you are seeding the grid for a Rainbow to bring it all to life. When the Clovers and Buckets start chaining, the screen turns into proper chaos in the best possible way. Treasure at the End of the Rainbow is the one I am chasing, guaranteed Rainbow every spin with no Bronze Coins in the mix is exactly where this game peaks.
Medium volatility makes the grind easier than some other Hacksaw slots, and at 10,000x the rewards are still there. Another solid one for the Le Series rotation.
