This event is strictly limited to one individual per address, phone number, and IP address. Participation through multiple accounts on Roshtein.com and/or the sponsor casino website is prohibited and will render such accounts ineligible for this event. Any actions performed using multiple accounts will be deemed invalid and constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Roshtein.com. Such violations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account with us.

We do not allow any sort of monetary transactions from a user to our Company and its staff for gaming, social betting, giveaway, raffle, or shop purposes on our website, or off our website.

In order to enter the raffle, the user must type the “keyword” specified by Roshtein in the chat box provided on Kick.com. The “keyword” may be announced during Roshtein’s live-stream events, but may on occasion be announced via Roshtein’s social media. The Raffle will be open for a limited amount of time, beginning when Roshtein gives the Keyword, and closing when the Raffle is announced as “closed.” Roshtein reserves the right to open, pause, and close the Raffle at any time. Users may join multiple raffles at a time, provided they meet the eligibility requirements as found in these Terms. Once entered into a raffle, the user may not join the same raffle a second time. Users must have their Kick.com account connected to Roshtein.com in order to be eligible for this event. This can be done so here.

In an effort to be transparent with users, and in order to preserve fairness in the selection process, Roshtein.com will make use of certain technologies or software in order to randomly select the winner(s) of each raffle. Roshtein.com warrants that all drawings for all events are completely random, and no favoritism has, nor ever will penetrate the winner(s) selection process.

The raffle prize will be pecuniary in nature. At the end of each raffle, the winner and/or winners will be contacted by Support/Moderator to be informed of their win; the winners will also be posted on Roshtein.com. Any raffle prize will be added to the user account or transferred to the user in a timely manner.

The decision of awarding any and all pecuniary prizes sponsored by the Casino remains with the Casino and we do not attest to own or have the right to give out pecuniary or non-pecuniary prizes on the Casino’s behalf without express permission given by the Casino. In order to deter the use of bots and prevent fraud for the entirety of this event and for any future event, the user will be required to be verified on our website, and have completed the “know your customer” on the sponsoring Casino’s website should there be such a sponsor of the raffle. These eligibility requirements may vary between raffles. Roshtein.com reserves the right to instill similar requirements for any and all future events should we decide to do so. The use of bots is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification in this event and the immediate closure of your account on Roshtein.com in accordance with our website Terms and Conditions.
